The Venezuelan model Aleska Génesis was arrested by authorities immediately after being eliminated as the fifth participant of La Casa de los Famosos All Stars. Her family stated that there was no arrest warrant against her and described the arrest as an act of corruption and abuse of power.
"They eliminated her and handed her over without a legal order," declared Michell Roxana, Aleska Génesis's sister, who demanded justice for what happened. The arrest occurred in connection with her alleged participation in a gang dedicated to stealing luxury watches.
In January of last year, Aleska Génesis had already been arrested for a similar case. Her sister defended her innocence, stating that there is no real evidence against her, only lies. Additionally, she accused Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borgio of fabricating the crime against her sister, describing the process as illegal and manipulated.
Following the arrest, Aleska Génesis was taken for a medical examination with a forensic doctor before being handed over to Mexican authorities. She was transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla prison to face trial.
The model's sister also reported errors in the arrest process, indicating that the arrest warrant was apparently false. She accused the production company of La Casa de los Famosos All Stars of acting improperly and contributing to Aleska Génesis's arrest in a planned manner.
The family assured that the police were waiting for Aleska Génesis long before her exit from the program, indicating premeditation in her arrest. They held the company responsible for not following the proper legal protocols and for handing over the model without questioning the validity of the arrest warrant.
